Pricing and Availability
All prices are sold in Canadian (CAD) dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
*Note: in-store inventory may differ from online quantity and offerings, we may offer a refund or exchange if we cannot fulfill your order.
We guarantee that all advertised plant and flower products are fresh, and all plant accessories and pots are genuine quality.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors and sizes of products may also appear different to those shown on the website. Additional images can be provided upon request.
Please note: ceramic pots are not included with the purchase of a plant in any images showing live goods in any ceramic pot. The purpose of showing the ceramic pot is for illustrative purposes, and providing recommendations to customers. A separate link of the ceramic pot will be included in the product page for purchase.
Pickup and Delivery

We do not ship internationally. Orders can be delivered through our local delivery service or delivery apps. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to geographic location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order on time of the date of your order. Please check our pickup and delivery page for delivery dates. Please note we do not ship on the same day.
All plants and flowers are considered live products, and require close care to prevent damages. Please pickup your order by your selected date and time. Once packaged, we will not be liable for any damages for your order. If you cannot make it for pickup, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to come pickup in time.
Payment online can be made using the methods supported by our store listed. Please use only the methods listed, or your order will not be processed. (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, etc.)
You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order with receipt. Please safe keep this confirmation for future references. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Order Cancellation and Returns
All live goods (flowers, plants) are final sale once it leaves our store. Please contact us if you have immediate concerns.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please send us an email within 2 hours before your pickup/delivery time so we can better accommodate to your request. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show in your bank account.
Promotions and Discounts
Online promotion codes cannot be combined with current deals and promotions. Any current deals will be automatically applied at the checkout page. Online promotion codes are only valid for online orders, and will not apply to in-store purchases (unless specifically stated). Be aware that some promotion codes may have a minimum order purchase requirement, please read our latest news to confirm before proceeding to order.
